Devco has established a relationship with Berndorf Belt Systems USA to sell its AccuDrop sulfur pastillation technology. Devco is presently installing three such units in locations around the world.

AccuDrop Rotating Head

A rotating head continuously deposits uniform droplets of sulfur onto a stainless steel conveyor belt traveling under the head. The sulfur droplets, once in contact with the conveyor belt, form into 3.2 - 4.0mm pastilles, which are cooled indirectly by water that is sprayed onto the underside of the belt.
