Devco was awarded a contract by SPRC, a joint company owned by Caltex and PTT, the Thai national oil company, following a competitive international tender for a sulfur forming unit. Devco's contract covered the supply of the pelletizer unit and the design and supply of all equipment from SPRC's sulfur storage tank to the conveying and stockpiling of the product pellets. Construction supervision, training of operators and commissioning were also included.
